2014 Weekly Deer Creek Speedway Classes Released
Difficult decision ends WISSOTA Late Model era at The Creek
SPRING VALLEY, MN – November 26, 2013: The Queensland family met recently to discuss items pertaining to the 2014 season at Deer Creek Speedway and the hottest item on the agenda was in regards to what classes will be competing weekly during the upcoming season. As in years past they felt it was crucial to release this information as soon as possible to allow teams to make the proper preparations during the off season.
Each class was evaluated and all options were on the table. After a lot discussion it was decided that the WISSOTA Late Model division will not be returning to Deer Creek Speedway in 2014. This was a difficult decision as the Late Models have been part of the weekly program for over a decade and have created countless memories for us all.
The 2014 schedule will feature five weekly divisions which include the USRA Modifieds, WISSOTA Super Stocks, USRA B-Mods, WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds and the WISSOTA Street Stocks.
The Slingshots by Tobias will yet again be the headline division on Button Buck Speedway in 2014.Additional information including the schedule of events, ticket information and more will be released as they are decided upon.
